PACE facilities served include various On Lok Lifeways sites at the following locations: Bush Street, Powell Street, 30th Street, Montgomery Street, Mission Street, Geary Street, and Fillmore Street.

CEYA programming also serves residential housing facilities for the elderly, including Tenants and Owners Development Corporation (TODCO) at Coleman House, Mendelsohn House, Woolf House, and Ceatrice Polite apartments, and the Chinese Community Development Corporation’s Residential housing properties at International Hotel and Notre Dame.

CEYA also have served On Lok Lifeways in Fremont and in San Jose, the Muir Senior Care in Martinez, Green Ridge Senior Care in El Sobrante, and Hillside Senior Care in Fremont.
